A Suspected Norteno gang member from Salinas has been arrested in Arizona. Joel Torres is believed to have fled to Yuma Arizona after being involved with a February bank robbery (and attempted murder of a police officer) in the Pleasanton California area. Local, State, and Federal law officers collaborated to make this arrest.
