A suspected burglar was arrested after allegedly taking a variety of items from a Carmel Highlands home. Ryley Chauffer was found in possession of jewelry, Crystal Methamphetamine, and Heroin. That after a visitor reported seeing a man carrying a bundle of things wrapped in a tablecloth.
