Salinas police are seeking a former employee of alisal union school district for suspicion of having a sexual relationship with a minor. 29-year-old hector Ortega zermeno is believed to have fled the area when he learned that he was under investigation. Authorities believe he possibly is heading to mexico. Hector Ortega zermeno is likely driving a black 1998 nissan altima, with california license plate 5-r-g-v-8-2-9. the 14-year-old victim was a student at la paz middle school when the alleged abuse began in 2011.
