the santa cruz county coroner has determined that a surfer who was found dead last week died from neck injuries. on Monday (the 12th), 60-year-old ben lomond resident scott woodworth was found motionless in the water near shark’s cove by another surfer. Woodworth was brought ashore, and declared dead at the scene.
