Between the 2-lawsuits, the big-rig driver, his employer bhandal borthers trucking, cal-trans, and Monterey county are named as responsible parties. The big-rig driver, ronn c. Williams, is facing 2-misdemeanor counts of vehicular manslaughter. He is set to appear in court next week.
