According to the San Francisco chronicle… five people died from storm related accidents this week… most of those are traffic related.
Three people were killed in El Dorado county when a car skidded out of control in heavy rain.
In Oakland, a homeless man was killed when he was hit by a falling tree branch as he tried to seek shelter from the rain.
And in Napa… a person was killed in a traffic accident being blamed on heavy rain.
