Scotts valley police officers recovered a stolen vehicle early sunday morning, following a traffic stop. 26-year-old Jacob john hill was pulled over at about 3 a.m. near the granite creek road exit of highway-17. officers had pulled him over for a lighting violation, however it was then discovered that the vehicle hill was driving had been reported stolen. Officers also allegedly found shaved-down keys, a knife, and drugs in the vehicle. Hill was arrested on multiple charges and was booked into santa cruz county jail.
