The victim of a burglary recovered close to 5 thousand dollars of his stolen tools. The tools were stole from the man’s Santa Cruz Mountain home late last year. On Thuesday the victim spotted the tools in a Craig’s List post and notified police about a scheduled meeting with the seller. Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 47 year old Jason Wamsher on charges of being in the possession of stolen property.
