While the stay-at-home order was due to expire today… it’s likely it will be extended another week as the bay area has failed to meet the 15-percent i-c-u bed capacity.
Yesterday(thurs.) There were 76 people from Santa Cruz county who are hospitalized with the Covid 19 virus and they occupied 14 of the 22 available i-c-u beds.
The numbers in our county indicate that 90-percent of the deaths are those individuals over the age of 60.
