A California senator has introduced a bill that would make eating roadkill legal. Senator Bob Archuleta introduced the “you kill it, you grill it” legislation after becoming aware that roughly 20 thousand deer are killed by motorist annually. The senator says the meat could be used to feed the less fortunate. If the bill becomes law California would join more than 20 other states with similar laws.
