The California Highway Patrol has announced a course that will help drivers who are newly licensed or slated to become licensed.
This course will consist of CHP officers discussing topics such as how to avoid collisions, the dangers of speeding, distracted driving, and DUI.
The Start Smart driving course begins February 18 from 6 to 8 PM.
This is a free course, and spots must be reserved in order to attend.
