A man was arrested yesterday morning after a 9 hour stand-off with Watsonville police officers. 30 year-old Jessie Andrade broke into his ex-girlfriend’s home Tuesday night and threatened her, their 4 year-old son, and her father, with a gun…..before the 3 managed to leave and call 9-1-1. Andrade refused to leave the home until about 10:30 yesterday morning. He was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail.
