A Seaside man will spend 15-years in prison for kidnapping and sexually assaulting a young girl under 14-years-old. 37-year-old Juan Rojas-Cervantes and the 13-year-old victim met on a social website where Cervantes claimed to be age 27 and the girl said she was 18. Rojas Cervantes is required to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life and is ordered not to have contact with the victim for 10-years.
