The man suspected of murdering his uncle and setting fire to his home is behind bars this morning in the Monterey County Jail.
Authorities have identified Gregory Kolbo, a retired military man, as the victim burned inside his seaside home Thursday afternoon. Investigators believe his nephew, Erik Olson, is responsible for the fire and death of his uncle.
Olson had recently moved in with his uncle and witnesses say him running from the house fire.
