A Santa Cruz biologist as well as students of Pacific Collegiate School were reportedly passengers on the dive boat that caught fire off the coast of Southern California.
The blaze broke out on the Conception early yesterday morning. By the time search and rescue crews were made aware of the boat in distress, the fire completely inundated the boat.
So far, twenty-five bodies have been accounted for, yet nine are still missing.
