Two men accused of killing a Los Angeles man in Santa Cruz in 2009 have been ordered to stand trial on murder, kidnapping, and robbery charges. The case revolves around the disappearance of 29-year-old Elias Sorokin, who was travelling through Santa Cruz in July of 2009, when he allegedly attempted to make a marijuana deal. The suspected deal went wrong, and Sorokin was never found. Adam Hunt and Stewart Skuba are set to return to court on December 3rd.
