jury selection began this week in the trail of a santa cruz man accused of murdering a los angeles business man in 2009. 33 year-old stewart skuba is accused of killing elias sorokin during an attempt to rob sorokin of 10 pounds of marijuana. adam hunt and kenneth clamp were tried together earlier this year in the case. clamp was found guilty of murder and robbery, hunt was found guilty of robbery but was ACQUITTED on murder charges. jury selection is expected to continue through next week.
