A Soquel man appeared in a Santa Cruz County Court Room yesterday. 59 year-old Luis Ortiz entered a plea of “Not Guilty” to charges that he sexually assaulted several children over the span of 10 years. Those molestations reportedly took place during social gatherings with family and friends. Ortiz’s bail is set at 1 million dollars.
