a soquel man was convicted for the second time on child molestation charges. 40 year old anthony achilles poletti spent 2 years in prison on a 68 year sentence after a 2010 conviction was overturned in an appeals court, he was released on 500 thousand dollar bail, but that court also order poletti re-tried on 11 of the 15 ORIGINAL charges. poletti was remanded into custody after the verdict. he is set to be sentenced october 17th and is facing 19 years in prison.
