Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 20 year old Jacob Andrews on Wednesday in connection with the death of a bicyclist last October. During court proceedings on Friday, Andrews was released on his own recognizance after being charged with suspicion of vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence, for the collision that killed 31 year old Kevin Meehan on October 27th on Soquel Avenue near Rosedale Drive. Andrews arraignment has been set for July 28th,
