A preliminary hearing has been set for a former Soquel foster parent charged with over a dozen counts of child molestation. 57-year old Steven Irving Weissman pleaded not guilty yesterday to four child molestation charges. He also faces 10 other child molestation related charges from another case. Prosecutors say the two cases are expected to eventually be combined. Weissman’s preliminary hearing has been set for April 21st. He faces life in prison if convicted.
