Authorities arrested two people on multiple charges in connection with a Soquel Hills vacation rental. The ownwers of the property alerted the sheriff’s office that the occupants of the rental had used a stolen credit card to fraudulently rent the dwelling. Investigators arrived at the scene as 20 year old Savannah Escamilla and 37 year old Michael Reyes were attempting to flee with property ransacked from the rental. Both suspects were booked into Santa Cruz County Jail.
