An update on a lawsuit filed against the Soquel Creek Water District is expected to be heard at the Board Of Director’s meeting this evening. The civil suit alleges short-comings in the environmental impact report for the district’s Pure Water Soquel project. This evening’s closed-session meeting is slated to begin at 7 p.m. This evening in Capitola City Hall…which is located on Capitola Road.
