A reward is being offered for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person, or people, who stole a Soledad pit bull and then set it on fire near Metz Road. The severely burned dog was euthanized yesterday. Anyone with information about this case is encouraged to contact the S-P-C-A For Monterey County.
