A former Soledad Correctional Officer accused of sexually assaulting a minor was sentenced to prison today. Elijah Luke, who is said to be a sexual predator, sexually assaulted a 15-year old girl on her prom night. Luke was sentenced to a year in jail and 3 years probation, and will be expected to register as a sex offender while he’s on probation.
