A soldier who was training at Fort Hunter-Liggett in South Monterey County has gone A-W-O-L….in a military vehicle. Officials say that 34 year-old Spencer Slick was demoted today, and then left. He is believed to be driving the HumVee he took to the bay area. A “be on the lookout” for slick was issued to all C.H.P. Stations in California.
