An earthquake struck southern California last night, following a series of smaller quakes over the weekend. The magnitude 5.7-quake struck just before 9:30 p.m., about 85-miles east of San Diego. The earthquake is believed to be an aftershock of a magnitude-7.2 quake that struck the area in April. So far, no serious injuries or damage have been reported.
