Add beaches and state parks to the places smoking is banned in california.
Beginning January first, smoking and vaping will not be allowed on the beach or in state parks… according to a bill co authored by central coast assemblyman mark stone.
Cigarette butts are the number one littered item found on beaches. State parks is required to post new signs warning smokers about the ban.
