Santa cruz firefighters extinguished a small grass fire on Saturday night, before any structures were damaged. The flames were burning on a hillside near Rockridge Lane (not far from U.C.S.C. and The Pogonip) Firefighters were able to contain the blaze to a small patch, after responding at 9:30p.m. the cause is under investigation.
