A Salinas man has been arrested for burglary. Wednesday at 6:15 a.m., officers arrived on the 400 block of Belmont Drive to investigate a burglary in progress. The suspect fled and reportedly burgled another residence where the occupants were sleeping, and while officers searched the neighborhood. A short time later a man matching a description of the burglar was seen in the area exposing himself. 18-year-old Treyshaun Holmes was taken into custody and booked into Monterey County Jail on multiple charges.
