A 2nd person has been convicted of murder, for the 2009 death of los angeles resident elias Sorokin. 34-year-old stewart scuba was found guilty today by a santa cruz jury, of killing the 29-year-old during a failed attempt to rob Sorokin of marijuana. Skuba escaped conviction on 2-counts of kidnapping, as the jury was divided on those charges. another man, kennth clamp, was also found guilty of murder this past august, while a 3rd man, adam hunt was convicted of robbery charges relating to the incident.
