Some local skateboarders, who purchased the old Ramsay Park skateboard ramps on auction, are now asking for an apology from the Watsonville city officials. That’s because the ramps were reportedly seriously damaged sometime after they were removed from the park. The 20 year-old ramps were removed to make way for Ramsay Park’s new pump track…..which will have an asphalt surface, so it can be used by skateboarders as well as bicycle riders.
