In San Jose…. Mayor Sam Licardo forms a task force to help guide Silicon Valley back to work… it’s called “The Silicon Valley Economic Recovery and Resilience Council.”
Licardo is quick to point out that it begins with health recovery first and then economic recovery. During a virtual news conference yesterday… the mayor outlined the formation of the council that includes leadership by numerous silicon valley c-e-o’s and about thirty other members.
In Silicon Valley… an estimated 200-thousand workers are currently off the job.
