A  San Jose  man  now  faces  vehicle  theft  charges.    That  after  Charles  Davis  was  caught  driving  a Monterey  County  Sheriff’s  Deputy’s  patrol car,  that  he  got  into  in  Castroville.     Davis  was  booked  into  Monterey  County  Jail.
