the setting of a trial date for a san jose police officer accused of illegal sexual contact with two teen gilroy boys has been delayed. 44 year-old patrick d’arrigo (who resides in gilroy), is accused of engaging in sexual ACTIViTiES with a 15 year-old boy and a 17 year-old boy. both teens were allegedly contacted by d’arrigo through craigslist. a trial date won’t be determined until october 20th at the earliest.
d’arrigo is a 17-year patrol officer for san jose police and formerly a campus officer at leland high school in san jose.
