The California Highway Patrol has issued a Silver Alert as officers look for a man who is missing and at-risk. The alert, issued Monday, is for Santa Cruz, San Benito, Santa Clara, and Alameda counties
CHP officers are searching for 85-year-old Jimmie Macrander. He was last seen on Friday in San Jose, but he has a medical condition and may be disoriented.
Macrander is 5 feet 10 inches tall and about 165 pounds with gray hair and blue eyes. He may be in a blue 2012 Ford Fusion with California license plate 6-X-X-K-ZERO-0-2-7.
Anyone who has seen Macrander should call 911.
