Shooting Victim’s Name Released 07/13/19 23:25 S.S.

The  name  of  a  man,  who  was  shot  and  killed  in  the Chinatown  area  of Salinas,  has  been  released.    37  year-old  Alfonso  Nevarez  was  shot  shortly  before  8  p.m.  near  Market  Way   and   Soledad  Street.  He  was  pronounced  dead  at  the  scene.
