A man who was shot and killed in Salinas earlier this month has been identified. 23 year-old Gabriel Hernandez Rangel, who did not have any history of being involved with gangs…was shot while on the 100 block of Paloma Avenue. That may 12th shooting, took place late on the night of May 13th, and is being investigated as gang-related.
