All lanes of the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge have been re-opened (as of shortly before 8 p.m. tonight). The entire bridge was closed just before noon today, after football-sized chunks of concrete fell from the upper deck to the lower deck. Although 1 vehicle was damaged, no injuries have been reported.
