A 41-year-old registered sex offender was arrested in capitola Wednesday, after allegedly stalking a 17-year-old girl on multiple occasions. The 1st incident of aaron wagner following the victim allegedly occurred on june 15th, when he followed her home from capitola village. On Wednesday, wagner was again reported to be following the girl, this time at capitola beach. wagner was arrested for felony charges of annoying a child. Wagner was previously convicted of lewd acts with a minor.
