A settlement has been reached between the Monterey County District Attorney’s Office and a company named Monterey Peninsula Engineering. That after a suit was filed against the owners claiming they violated Environmental Laws in both Monterey and Santa Cruz counties. The owners of M-P-E have agreed to pay more than $80,000.
