A serial killer, known as the “1-5 Strangler”, was killed Sunday while incarcerated at Mule Creek State Prison. 81 year-old Roger Reece Kibbe, who was serving multiple life sentences, was found unresponsive in his cell…and although he was moved to the prison health care facility he was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.
