(15:44) SALINAS- The Salinas City Council will be honoring a good Samaritan at its Tuesday meeting. City leaders are scheduled to recognize Victor Worden at 4 p.m. Worden is being honored for taking the initiative to find a little boy that was sleeping in the back seat of a vehicle when it was stolen when he saw a post about the incident on social media.
