(19:16) SEASIDE- Authorities have arrested a Monterey man suspected of robbing a Seaside business. Investigators say that tips from the public identified 46 year old Thomas Scott Maurer in surveillance photos robbing a check cashing business on August 25th. Maurer has been booked into Monterey county jail.
