(16:23) HOLLISTER- Hollister authorities have announced the completion of a fatal traffic accident investigation. Police say the collision between a bus and a bicycle being ridden by the victim,11 year old Joshua Rodriguez, was not the bus drivers fault. The investigation concluded that the victim’s bicycle did not have working brakes when the fatal collision occurred. The bus driver who’s name has been withheld will not be cited.
