(14:23) MONTEREY- The Monterey County Public Health Department is reporting a second Zika virus infection. The Monterey County Public Health Laboratory and the California Department of Public Health Laboratory confirmed the virus infection last Tuesday. Both of the Zika-Virus cases are travel-related. Public health officials said the second infected individual had recently traveled to Mexico. The person is now recovering.
