(10:20) Salinas – The Salinas Police Department is seeking the public’s help in indentifiying a man, who was caught on surveillance video stealing clothing from a department store. The incident took place on Wednesday at 7:32 P.M. at Kohl’s Department Store, 1950 North Davis Road. The man stole several clothing items and fled to an awaiting pickup truck, gold colored with black rims. A photograph of the vehicle and the man can be found on the Salinas Police Department’s Facebook Page. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Salinas Police Department.
