(10:00) CHP reported that 25 gallons of diesel fuel spilled onto highway 101 this morning in Salinas. The spill took place around 7 this morning on the southbound side of Highway 101 at Boranda Road. Caltrans is on scene. Drivers can expect delays until 10 a.m.
