(07:00) Santa Cruz – A woman was arrested for DUI on Tuesday in Santa Cruz. The Santa Cruz Police department reported that 26 year-old Agnes Felman was driving on Front Street at 10:45 a.m. when she struck a 4 runner and caused it to flip over. The driver of the 4Runner suffered minor injuries. Felman was arrested for felony DUI and booked into Santa Cruz County Jail.
