September 25, 2017: Volunteers Remove Invasive Plants     

(07:25) Santa Cruz – Volunteers removed invasive plants along the San Lorenzo River in Santa Cruz yesterday.   As part of the River Health Day series, volunteers were led by the Coastal Watershed Council and native plant experts and removed plants such as fennel, pampas grass and ice plant from the river ecosystem.  For more information on the Coastal Watershed Council visit: coastal-watershed.org.
